Andrew Watson Andrew Watson Vice President 312.275.3139 Andrew Watson is vice president of Investment Sales at Baum Realty Group. He specializes in the disposition and acquisition of commercial real estate including land, retail, office and multi-family property sales. Before joining Baum in April 2007 Andrew worked at Inland Real Estate Sales, Inc. Andrew has worked with clients including Wal-Mart, 7-Eleven, Wendy’s Corp., Inland Acquisitions, Inland Midwest Equities, Weiss Development, UP Development and Chase Bank. In his more than five years at Inland, Andrew brokered transactions such as the sale of a Meijer anchored regional shopping center in Oswego, Illinois, a 29-acre land parcel in Woodstock, Illinois sold to Wal-Mart, the sale of a Big K-Mart in Eureka, California and a Dick’s Sporting Goods in Pineville, North Carolina. Andrew is a licensed realtor and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Northern Illinois Commercial Association of Realtors. A 2001 graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Andrew received a bachelor’s degree in speech communication with a concentration in business. Jordan Shtulman Jordan Shtulman Vice President 312.275.3116 Jordan A. Shtulman is vice president of Baum Realty’s Investment Sales division where he assists clients with the disposition and acquisition of commercial real estate. In addition, he is responsible for transaction management, analyzing the market and valuation of commercial real estate assets. In April 2007 Jordan came to Baum Realty Group from The Inland Real Estate Group of Companies, which he joined in 2001 as an investment sales and tenant broker. There, he worked with 7-Eleven in its expansion of city sites throughout Chicagoland. While at Inland he worked with numerous regional developers in the acquisition and disposition of retail land, residential land, single tenant NNN, multi-tenant retail centers and an array of multi-family residential deals. Currently pursuing his CCIM designation, Jordan is a licensed realtor and an active member of the International Center of Shopping Centers and the Northern Illinois Commercial Association of Realtors. Jordan is a graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in economics in 2000. Marc Imrem Marc Imrem Vice President 312.275.3125 Marc Imrem joined the Baum Realty Group Investment Sales team as Vice President of Investment Sales in July 2007. He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of both listed and off-market properties. Marc comes to Baum from Hansen Realty where, during his seven year tenure, he was responsible for representing clients in transactions to sell or purchase a wide array of properties throughout the Chicagoland area. His expertise focused on providing unique properties with substantial upside potential to entrepreneurial investors and developers. He also offered for-sale listings and marketed single tenant NNN properties from local and national companies. Marc is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois and a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Chicago Association of Realtors and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Marc is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana where he earned a degree in Political Science in 1992.
